Junior Consultants are a key part of our team and you can expect to get stuck in to a client-facing team from day one. Our two-year Junior Consultant programme is centred around learning through project delivery and supported by a week of dedicated training each year, plus a twelve-week mini-MBA course. You will also be mentored by a member of our leadership team, and have regular skills development sessions with your peers.
You will work alongside other consultants and directors on client project work including data collection and analysis, and structured problem solving. As you progress, you will become more involved in the development of personal client relationships and contribute to our business through your entrepreneurial spirit and thought leadership.
We are a small team – every appointment is really important to us. We need to find the right people, who share our intellectual curiosity and passion for solving knotty problems of improving public services.
