2020 Delivery and Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have been announced among the finalists of the HSJ Partnership awards 2020.
They have been shortlisted for the Consultancy Partnership of the Year following urgent care transformation work at the Trust earlier this year, work that focused on improving patient flow and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
2020 Delivery are a past joint winner of this award with Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, the pair having been announced as the Consultancy Partnership of the Year 2019 for their urgent care work. Both of these projects are examples of 2020 Delivery’s established approach to urgent care transformation – a model that has delivered improvements in a number of trusts across the country.
The awards, run by the Health Service Journal, celebrate the “most effective partnerships with the NHS and highlight the benefits which working with the private and third sectors can bring to patients and NHS organisations.” The awards are judged by an extensive panel of individuals from across the NHS and wider healthcare sector.
Following this week’s announcement, 2020 Delivery Director Chris Bradley said:
“We are delighted that our partnership with Hampshire Hospitals has caught the attention of the judging panel at the HSJ Awards, reflecting the hard work that our joint team put into reducing delays for patients across the Trust”
The judging panel will announce the eventual winners at a ceremony on 27th February 2020.
