2020 Delivery and Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are delighted to have been announced as a finalist for the HSJ Partnership awards 2020.
They were shortlisted for the Consultancy Partnership of the Year following urgent care transformation work at the Trust to set up the #ImprovED Improvement Programme. This programme has helped to reduce ambulance delays and waits in the Trust’s Emergency Departments for thousands of patients across the county.
2020 Delivery are a past winner of this award in partnership with Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, the pair having been announced as the Consultancy Partnership of the Year 2019 for their urgent care work. Both of these projects are examples of 2020 Delivery’s established approach to urgent care transformation – a model that has delivered improvements in a number of trusts across the country.
The awards, run by the Health Service Journal, celebrate the “most effective partnerships with the NHS and highlight the benefits which working with the private and third sectors can bring to patients and NHS organisations.” The awards are judged by an extensive panel of individuals from across the NHS and wider healthcare sector.
Chris Bradley, 2020 Delivery Director, said of the nomination:
“Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s enthusiasm for quality improvement and their ability to drive change through strong inter-departmental relationships was key to the success of the work. Our team would like to thank the staff across the Trust – from the Board, to the ward – for their hard work during the project and their continued commitment to the #ImprovED programme.”
