Antonio leads our Digital service transformation practice, advising senior clients on user-centred design, innovation thinking, and utilising technology to redesign public services to meet citizens’ needs. He is a globally recognised and published thought-leader on business strategy and management.
Antonio has supported the Government Digital Service – the world’s leading government digital unit – in the development of the cross-government vision of ‘government as a platform’, and a number of other UK public service agencies in their digital transformation plans, covering the fields of housing, foreign affairs, healthcare, driving services, licensing and grants funding. He also has extensive NHS and central government experience, and has worked with leading charities and third sector clients. Antonio joined 2020 Delivery in 2007 as our first intern, and since then has progressed through the company.
Antonio’s work has been featured across several media, including the Financial Times, the Guardian, and BBC Radio 4. He has published two books: “101 Business Ideas”, a number 1 WHSmith Business Bestseller; and “Key Business Solutions”, which was shortlisted for the CMI Management Book of the Year 2013.
From 2008 to 2018, Antonio was a Corporation Board member of HCUC (Harrow College Uxbridge College), a leading Further Education college, and Chair of its Curriculum, Quality & Standards committee. Antonio is an elected Councillor and Cabinet Member in the London Borough of Harrow, and was formerly Chair of its Governance, Audit, Risk Management & Standards Committee.
Antonio holds a PhD in History from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor’s Degree (First Class) and MPhil (Distinction) in History from Cambridge University.
