Audrey Lambert specialises in strategy and operational transformation across the public sector.  With several years of consultancy experience, she has delivered projects with health and social care organisations at regional and national level including health care trusts, commissioning support units and clinical commissioning groups.

At 2020 Delivery Audrey has supported a sustainability and transformation partnership in options development for bank and agency temporary staffing.  Audrey worked with trusts to map the temporary staffing processes and understand the degree of variability in rates across providers.

Prior to 2020 Delivery, Audrey worked within KPMG’s healthcare advisory team.  Her consulting experience includes the delivery of the largest professional leadership programmes in the National Health Service, care system redesign of complex health and social care systems, and capability building of project and risk management skills.

Audrey has a starred first-class Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cambridge. She studied Modern and Medieval Languages together with Management Studies at the Cambridge Judge Business School.  She also received Distinction in her Masters in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. With a particular interest in the social and corporate determinants of health, her masters research project investigated the dissemination of public health information by the alcohol industry.  Audrey qualified with CIMA as a chartered management accountant in 2018.
