Charlotte Bambridge has experience of large scale change management, strategy development and project implementation across central government, NHS and third sector organisations.

Charlotte is experienced in implementing supplier relationship management in the public sector, working with central government and their largest suppliers to increase the innovative potential of the relationship. Within the NHS, Charlotte has driven improved financial efficiency in an acute trust, developed a 3-year strategy for a radiology department for a district general hospital, and helped design the governance for a Sustainability and Transformation Plan for a major UK health economy. Charlotte has also led on the analytics of a new business model funding approach for a major UK charity.

Outside of consulting, Charlotte has also worked as an autism support worker, run a mentoring scheme for young offenders in the North of England, completed an operations internship at a major UK political thinktank, and currently volunteers as an educational mentor at a women’s social inclusion project in South London.

Charlotte holds an undergraduate degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Durham and a double master’s degree in Russian Politics from University College London and the Higher School of Economics, Moscow.
