At 2020 Delivery, Henry Holms has worked across various health projects in areas such as operations and process improvement across the urgent care hospital pathway in order to improve 4-hour performance; evaluation of the five year strategy of a large teaching hospital trust; quantitative modelling of the financial performance of a large acute trust in financial special measures; and analysis of service opportunities for moving care out of the acute setting in London.

Henry is passionate about innovation in public services, and the use of quantitative analytics to better develop and understand public service delivery for the end user.

Prior to joining 2020 Delivery, Henry worked with Lloyds Banking Group Commercial Bank as a Root Cause Analyst. This role included integrating a new complaints analysis software platform into the Group’s business, and leading analysis for a team investigating the efficiency and outcomes of the Group’s intern programme.

Henry graduated from the University of Cambridge, having studied Natural Sciences and specialised in Physics. At university, Henry was involved with a wide variety of societies, including acting as treasurer of the largest student-run investment fund by capital in the UK.
