Rose Payne has experience across health, government, and the third sector. In her work and academic research, she has focused on process improvement and strategy development.

In her time at 2020 Delivery, Rose has worked with a leading academic healthcare trust to improve 62-day cancer pathway performance.  This involved facilitating process-mapping sessions with senior clinicians and analysing historical and comparative data to understand where the greatest improvement could be made. Rose has also supported a large Sustainability and Transformation Partnership to develop its long-term strategy, by investigating how best to evaluate the impact of existing improvement projects and using modelling techniques to predict future workforce demand.

Before joining 2020 Delivery, Rose’s experience included supporting the development of a London-based museum, working as an assistant to an MP, and founding Unconsenting Media, a website and campaigning body supporting survivors of sexual violence, which has received coverage in national newspapers.

Rose graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Bachelor’s in Linguistics, before receiving a Masters in Management from the University of Bath, specialising in strategy and business analytics. During her Masters, Rose researched the evolution of different professional services career models, and conducted a research project to improve recruitment and retention at a leading UK business school.
