Sam Windsor has significant experience working on technology transformation projects across the public sector and is passionate about helping public services embrace the latest innovations in technology.
Sam specialises in digital transformation, agile delivery, business analysis and user-centered service design. He has worked with a number of central government departments, including education and skills, criminal justice, tax and defence, across all stages of the project lifecycle and in a range of delivery environments.
Sam has helped clients with their digital strategy, operating model transformation, product strategy, business analysis, and service design. He helped one government agency digitally transform their organization whilst delivering new policy objectives. He bridged the gap between policy, technology and operational business teams to help plan and deliver change programmes whilst ensuring policy was designed and implemented in a user-centered way. He did this whilst helping the agency to improve key performance metrics around the capacity and efficiency of its operational processes.
Sam holds a first-class degree in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham where he specialised in Pure Mathematics.
